(touch wood wont happen lar). suddendly i kaise when read the ken 3 condo thread where part of retaining wall collapse due to heavy rain causing soil erosion from the river behind. and taht is only a small river leh...

Actually Setapak Green not located at Setapak, its "off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur"

Between Gombak and Setapak, Setapak have a better goodwill in terms of name.  Technically not wrong to call Setapak as it is Mukim Setapak.

Hi SGs,

Yesterday i went to SG to ask them to provide a letter of free gift which they mention will provide. They only mention

1. One set of Kitchen cabinet (inclusive cooker hood and hob)
2. one A/C to master bedroom
3. one water heater to master bedroom
4. 2 shower screen to Master bathroom and bathroom 2

What is missing?

1. 4 white chairs ( which is at the kitchen in the show room)
2. Glass wall covering the kitchen.
3. The table table in the kitchen ( ceramic table)

My concern is that after 2 years when we get the key, i dont want be shock to see that the 'free gift are not there'. It happen to me before hence i dont want it to happen again.

So i would like to know if anyone have the same feeling like me. So we can voice out and ask them provide the exact letter with the free gift the mention. In a way, we are paying for the 'free gift'
