In short:
It is use to measure workmanship scoring. High CONQUAS score means a building with good quality workmanship. Material is not included in this scoring standard... Beginning of October - Level 7 is just in progress...
End of October - Level 9 turn.... In other word, within one month they have finished 2 levels........ AMAZING!!!! A big clap for them!!! Added on October 30, 2011, 11:06 pm25 - 9 = 16 16 / 2 = 8....
