My understanding is, it is applicable for either one of the joint name. Meaning = a co buyer who already have 2 houses & intend to buy third house, only 70% LTR.

What if im someone who bought >3 property and my daughter would like to own her 1st property but with limited resources, so my daughter opt to join name with me to get the loan. So in this scenario, we cant get 80% loan?

Note, my daughter want to be independent and reluctant for me to help pay the extra 10%

Isn't the new implementation aim to help those 1st time buyer?

i havent signed LO yet, if verbally already been informed by banker that our loan is approved but jst appealing for better rate would i still entitle with 90% loan?

If you got the LO I think you are save. But don't reject and appeal.

those with letter of offer from banks are safe now. some banks may still able to process 90% margin if you submit NOW. not sure is something to do with the submission cut-off.

Bro, I think the banks are very flexible these days. If 90% flexi loan, they probably will tailor 70% housing loan and 20% overdraft facility. Total also 90% but overdraft rates are higher maybe 7%. Overall average maybe 5% if the housing loan rate is 4.5%. So banks make more money. If UOA is willing to do DIBS on this arrangements then doable what?
