Dont need the extra perks if u gonna do a makeover for stay anyway.[COLOR=red]288 WAS SOLD FROM ABOUT 336PSF OR RM488,800 BEFORE 5% DISCOUNT, SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN SOME UNITS OF SG. BUT SG GOT POTENTIAL TO ADJUST PRICE HIGHER EVEN THOUGH 8% EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS APPLIED.

288 with 288 unit in a xxxx area of land, and SG with xxxx unit with xxxxx area of land, SG is more spacious.[COLOR=red]HMMM, THIS ONE....DBKL ALLOWS THE SITE TO BE DENSED AT 400PPL PER ACRE MAX. SO NO ARGUMENT ON THIS AS LONG AS DBKL ALLOWS AND DEVELOPERS PAY THE PENALTIES.

From my understanding, SG will have a drop off area, much like the current Prima setapak 2, while 288 dont have that due to reason stated above.[COLOR=red]YEAH, MIGHT BE THE SAME AS PARK RESIDENCES IN BANGSAR SOUTH.

UOA is definitely more recognize developer as compare with 288's developer.[COLOR=red]AGREED THAT COZ MANY KNOWS UOA MORE THAN KP PROPERTY AND UOA'S PORTFOLIO MORE POWERFUL. BUT BOTH ARE STARTING FROM CONSTRACTORS.

Even if economic downturn, double dip, bubble burst etc, UOA is better equipped to withhold the pressure.[COLOR=red]AS LONG AS BANKS WILLING TO BORROW MONEY...SHOULD BE NO PROBLEMS.

SG give more discount as compare with 288  tongue.gif [COLOR=red]SG 8% DISCOUNTS; 288 5% DISCOUNTS+FREEBIES

UOA claimed will complete the project (Sg) before 288 (might be a good reason for some)[COLOR=red]UOA GOT GOOD TRACK RECORDS AND USED TO HANDOVER THEIR PROJECTS AHEAD THE SCHEDULE. 288'S DEVELOPER UNKNOWN - HOPEFULLY WILL ALSO AHEAD THE SCHEDULE.

288 KLCC view potentially get block by SG?[COLOR=red]FROM THE GOOGLE EARTH I CHECKED, SG IS NOT BLOCKING 288 OR EVEN 222'S KLCC VIEW. JUST IN FUTURE WHAT WILL BE THERE WE ALL DON'T KNOW. KLCC VIEW + 100STOREY MERDEKA TOWER VIEW MAYBE IN FUTURE..LOL...QUITE PERSONAL PREFERENCES. SO CAN'T COMMENT MUCH.

I believe Sg is closer proximity to the diamond square shop lot. YE[COLOR=red]S, ABSOLUTELY. BUT...HAHA...IT SEEMS DOES NOT A MATTER.

I'm sure u will be able to give me a similiar list on why 288 is better than SG for own stayed.[COLOR=red]DIFFERENT PEOPLE DIFFERENT TASTES MA....BY THE WAY, I AM NOT PURCHASING SG OR 288 BUT 222. 222 RESIDENCY CHANGED NAME TO RESIDENSI 222 AS REQUESTED BY DBKL, REASONS IS "IA TIDAK MENGIKUT SISTEM TATA BAHASA MELAYU YANG BETUL". >.<" SO DON'T KNOW "SETAPAK GREEN" WILL BE CHANGED NAME OR NOT TO "HIJAU SETAPAK / SETAPAK HIJAU".

Still, imo, 288 is more for couple, newly wed, family with new kids on the block, while Sg is more for family.[COLOR=red]1480SF IS TOO BIG FOR NEWLY WEB I THINK. WELL.....SETAPAK AREA CONDO/APARTMENT USED TO HAVE BIGGER SIZES...LOL
