my ex SG were RM295psf

friend different location different class lo.
i dun think our setapak can have 2kpsf within a year or 2 or perhaps within 5 years oso cant la LOLzz

For a new property launch by UOA, I would say SG price point psf is not high but due to bigger units, the total purchase prices is considered high at the present moment based on the benchmark with the surrounding areas secondary market.

However, I believe SG will be better in terms of quality, location, ambiance, maintenance and not forgetting reliability.

Anyway, I believe it is getting increasingly difficult to find new decent property development around 10km radius from KL vicinity at the current price psf though many developers is pushing studio and soho to get lower entry prices thus much higher density.

Also SG buyer profile are mainly Chinese so the probability of prices coming down is very low. 

Will this be a hidden gem, it is left to be seen. Only time will tell.

I think the residential unit will be operated independently from the Service residences.
