Let's say after the lock in period, refinance will cost u another loan agreement fees (5~10k), right? Or you mean want to take additional top up loan on it. So that gain more bullet to buy for the second and third one? blush.gif

yes i did say is over price but do u notice the date i posted? is even before 8th Oct the official preview for UOA member. @ tat time all is base on rough estimation, nothing concrete @ all, the actual member preview is @ 8th Oct 2010 friday 9am.

when i reached bangsar south @ 830am tat time some nice units all been taken (as usual)..... so i simply take a small unit which cost less than 390k if not mistaken.

Firstly, I choose type B one... 19th floor something.... The price is below 500K before discount.... Then when I go back and think, but that unit has been taken by somebody when I go on next day... I am sad jor... then that time look look for low floor one and feel this unit (type C) not bad... So I go for it lor.... ^^ Bigger size and got extra store room tim~ Haha...

* A and D too expensive I think.... According on the RM on spf... Since Type C is the most 'DAI' in spf... This might one of the reason I take type C too... I a bit look like pasar's uncle? So suka calculate calculate.... blush.gif

Oh ya... Forget to mention one thing, about the Muslim cemetery... I did check on it. I have drive to there to look look just now.

As expected, Muslim cemetery is not like Chinese cemetery... (Chinese one normally are tall and big big one... Obviously..) And the trees there are grow lushly... If you dont purposely look on it, you might dont know there is Muslim cemetery.... I believe from SG/222/288 high floor view is a bit hard to see it clearly....

Just my 0.02 ~ cool2.gif
