The LTV only meant to avoid speculation.

If you are rich (a), then unlikely that u have 3 properties and not fully paid; u hate paying the bank interest

if you are mediocre (b), u wont have 3 properties not fully paid, because u probably cant afford three properties, even if you do, very likely that you have fully paid some of it.

If you are poor ©, like me, u wont have 3 properties; and therefore not affected.

If you are the super speculator, then very likely that you have 3 properties with u, not fully paid and affected. But if you are the rich speculator, then u are not affected as well.

With SG, most speculator shy away from SG due to its uncertainties & pricey @@. I believe, most of the buyers come from group b & c, they buy for stay, most of them stay in the Setapak area. They would like to upgrade to current living quarters. Especially those hot rental properties like PS, etc.

A and D is the corner unit. Upper ABCD is Genting view, Lower ABCD is KLCC view

A & D is bigger in size, with A, around 1500sf, while D around 1450sf, while B & C smaller.

So u change from B to D = smaller to bigger lo? wah.. rich.
