for own stay is defintiely bad idea... for rental ma??? er not really good oso coz ur high cost cover back ur quit rent and assessment.... but hor PV3,5,6,8 is residential but yet can built shop inside oh |

utility higher a lil is understandable but all the quit rent and assessment and maintenance should b oso higher....
