since they stay in middle room they only heard the clucking sound, not sure about other parts of malaysia but from my side clucking sounds are well often associated to penanggal / balan balan ghost.
they only bring it up when I mention about weird noises to the family later in the morning. our room is like 3 rooms away since mine is the old part of the house, still wood while theirs are bricked wall.

Got, but scary one for me only those two since by experience only those the time I really got the chill to run for life.
the rest is so so only coz I go look for them instead of them making the scare for me.

For example I probably posted in here before or the previous V1 version, living at taman melawati there about almost a year.
Got me and friend medium room at the condo there, you know la since got students sure is noisy all around evening with them playing around and stuff.
So first week staying the tenant upstairs always got running and jumping, balls dribbling etc etc sounds like normal noise everynight if people are playful so we as well try to get used to it.
month later it gets annoying because I got class in morning and to catch bus need wake up early, it also worsen I got indian room-mate who opens the chanting.mp3 every night to fall asleep so as my patient runs low that night I go scold this fella for his noisy mp3 and shout from window for the upper tenant to STFU... hey it works, finally peaceful night to sleep.
fast forward half year passed, those seniors are leaving and I call dibs for master-room, the indian fella also already moved out, when the seniors move out they all said "wah u so brave go scold upstairs house, nobody been living there for a while".. at first I thought they were only joking and just ignore so later that night I heard fighting upstairs, furniture smashing and child kena beat up crying punya sound, leave it be first, not my business anyway but tomorrow must complaint to management.
well guess what? management also said that unit was empty for over a year, dunno owner got masuk or not but definitely not rent out to anyone. time to check it out myself.
visit the unit upstairs, grill was chained and locked, plenty of letters and leaflet were simply laid down on entrance and judging by the thickness of dust the grill, the floor nor the chain haven't been moved for a very long time but I still don't believe. what I did was leave a memo for whoever staying there, use clear cellophane tape to mark the grill and tied a string with pattern to the hinge, I also inform the security guards of my intention so as the hallway is monitored by cctv. so give it 3 month, during that time I'll randomly check my marking which is clearly undisturbed yet I can hear door open close, people moving around and of course that infamous marble dropping sound is there too. from the veranda I can pinpoint the sound really is from that unit but heck that is one magic trick they did.
oh right, during that lookout period the house I'm staying also got happening, kitchen utensils kena throw around at night, quite messy in the morning, the arab dude staying in another room saw something like spiderman hang on his ceiling at night with glowing eyes looking at him, the dudes having drinks at living room saw white cloth with long black hair jump down from top level passed by the balcony, sometime the bedroom door kena kick as if swat team is coming in but the door remains solid and nobody is out there. toilet will flush sometimes with long hair stuck and bowl, hair is longer than the tenant with long hair in house or sometimes got running inside the house but no one is there.
anyway these are all experienced by other tenants in the house, not me but I each time I heard someone scream with pale face at living room sure got story. and after I told my aunt about this I kena suruh move out from the place.. so I dunno what happens after that.

tldr ver:
stay in "hostel", every night upstairs neighbor is noisy, check it out turns out no tenant, dun belip story, goes investigate, really no tenant, nothing found, moved out.

According to Catholic Church teachings, such practices are forbidden 🚫, and I do not know what are the other religions practices on these kind of stuffs !

My friend advised me to look for him (sifu), the intention is just make sure my 时辰八字 compatible with type of business im going to do so there is no need to waste resources.

Ghost / God= glitches in your brain when processing certain information under stress or tire condition.
You can produce the same effect by taking ecstasy or certain drugs or stimulate with electric current on certain area of your brain.
Nothing supernatural.

lots of variables here, could be sounds coming from other units since they can travel by solid medium,
night time the concrete contracting so sounds can travel easier and further from one point to another. probably just neighbor from units away are moving stuff,
marble dropping sound can be water hammering effect from the pipes which is the sounds of droplets,
drag along noise from balcony can be the winds or animal sliding and the arm rest or the fencing area and etc.

okay now that I've said all that it doesn't sounds scary anymore right? can feel safe at night with no worries, it's all just a state of the mind........ or do they?
go with which you're comfortable with, you can go and have a talk with the neighbor upstairs about it or get something to damp the noise at night, maybe a contractor to check how it is.
or if you believe it's the supernatural then proceed with your religious teaching for how to deal with them. it's more of you don't kacau them they won't kacau u back situation.



Could be, I mean there are possibilities for alot of things and new findings are there each and everyday it's just a matter did it goes public or remains knowns to only certain people.
I'm can't call myself atheist but I'm pretty sure I'm not a theist person as well, I believe there is creator but I dun believe in an omnipotent guy that must be worshiped.

I had encountered some supernatural stuffs before but no ghosts though. I am a Buddhist and i have a lot of kumanthong statue (a deity that brings good luck. google it). This event happend 2 time already 1st was where i left my watch on the living room table at night just to find in the next morning to see it next beside the statue i didn't really paid much attention but it piqued my suspicion and 2nd experience was a crystal ball we put as a decoration for house that also went missing just to find it sitting right beside the statue.My parents too noticed it and were abit puzzled. I wonder if someone who is a buddhist too that have face this similar situation? I'm not really creeped out but now every time at night when I want to go toilet I would open my door slowly just to see if there is anything going on and maybe I might caught something else in the act

LMAO this is because of the building pipe at night when people dont use the toilet, the pressure in the pipe will produce sounds like marble and furniture dragging sound. All Singaporean and Malaysian that live in flat/condo experience it regularly.

Kumanthong is supposed to be a baby/child ghost, something like toyol except maybe their depiction in Thai art is not so scary, becos the Thailand people try to say they are doing good to a homeless child spirit.

But same concept more or less to the toyol concept if I am not mistaken.
