Try reflashing again, if nothing changes and it's still stuck at the dots, congrats: you're the proud owner of the SECOND motherboard/eMMC cair Malaysian N900 in existence.

Which I really hope is not the case, but if it is, be thankful you still have warranty (which I didn't).

THAT'S IF it's a fried eMMC/Mobo. Even if it is, they SHOULD get you a new set, if not, yet another reason never to go AP.

But really, I don't know. All I've heard is the rumor that a certain AP company likes to sprinkle water onto in-repair sets that they can't economically repair and call it "water damage" - which conveniently voids your warranty.

Rumours, mind you.

I've heard good story of warranty claim from Asia Mobile Pacific(Clareens N900 AP set warranty provider)
Try reflashing 1st.If the problem still persist then time to test the claim that AMP is a good AP company.

i cant confirm about how good the warranty for AP might be but why not send it for warranty to find out. All i know replacing mobo is usually not cheap

Why don't you try pm Eiraku to ask him all the steps he took to try reviving his N900?
He used pretty much every software method I could think of to try reviving his N900.Maybe one of his step works for you.

I'm not hoping for your phone to be permanently bricked but if your phone is truly bricked maybe we can compare what you & Eiraku did in common that result with death N900.

A simple question lingering in my mind.....

If I bought a new set with everything complete updated to latest firmware and usable already by just slot in SIM card, should I come home re-flash it again from step 1-14 or I just start using it by installing all the candy until I face system crash??

Why fix something that is not broken?
Just insert your simcard & enjoy.

There no need to reflash to the latest version but its recommend to do to prevent future complication and if something goes wrong its easier for the forumer or sifu to assist you since we are on the same page aka firmware or condition.

If yours is AP even brand new not all are using the same firmware some might be from different region and condition.
