There are 45 touchpoints listed on their website. SS2 has amongst the most traffic. Suggest you go to a less popular outlet.DiGi iPhone Discussion Thread | V3, Rates/Booking/Buying Discussion ONLY

Why have limit to 50 only? They should increase more units for those main outlets. Just 50 is way too little. Anyone bought in their HQ before?

I wonder how is the iDigi Friend & Family plan work... I can't find in the digi website.
The rate for F&F is 10sens/min during happy hour is 5sens/min. Is this F&F mins use the min in the iDigi free call mins or put it in the extra charge item ? |

It's a matter of how many people they can handle, not how many units they have, I suppose. Here's my simple calculation : 1 person = 15 minutes to process (payment, registration, etc). 50 people = 750 minutes. That's 12.5 hours if they have 1 counter, 6.25 hours if they have 2 counters dedicated to iPhone. |

Anyone bought in their HQ before? bcoz.... u know la...how fast & efficient they are... (maybe not everybody, but mostly) the day i went to taipan outlet, is to do other things...and asking some info for ip4. finally i went to TS , and i bought in TS (time square)... they give out 50 numbers only for tat day. not becoz of no stocks.... is there considering each person sign up for iphone will spend 30~45 minutes. so tat day i took number 16 at the early morning 10am! then only 3pm+ only i get the ip4~ i saw some couple sitting there... holding 39...45.... omg.... how crazy we are~~ after tat, digi not giving out any numbers to avoid "fark" by customers~~ |

Hi,
I am on the old iDigi plan 88 (paying 88 to get 200 mins, 200 sms, and 1 gb data) when I first purchased my iPhone 3gs... Is it possible for me to upgrade my plan or something? I saw that you can have 450 mins and xxx sms and more data quota with RM 88 now... |

QUOTE(ZoeOong @ Oct 1 2010, 05:32 PM) this 1 is the most frustrated things!!!! u can check from *128# as well. it will show ur total outstanding and unbilled amt jz like maxis. bt u it's shown in total. u won't know hw much free voice, sms, mms tat u haf use and d balance. i dun think maxis will show tat too.. tat's y u need to register to OCS. from there u gt the option to choose which one u wanna list out. it show only the amt of each num u call or sms but nt the total. u can calculate urself if u want. u will c the total amt after ur cut off date. the OCS is only let u keep track of which calls n sms u haf use.i heard some said that maxis will show by *100*7*1*1# but digi....? pui they ask me to online check! online just show normal bill. not balance for our current usage!~ i blame digi n ask :"so? u need me to calculate everything by myself?" he dare to answer me yes! after all, i dun think u haf d time to calculate oso. Added on October 1, 2010, 5:48 pm QUOTE(chevyyu @ Oct 1 2010, 05:38 PM) if ur maxis sim card is inactive dy. tat's means u need to change to digi sim card. thn only consider successfully MNP. after tis u can go to digi centre where u sign up ur plan n get ur ip4.. QUOTE(shortleg88 @ Sep 26 2010, 10:50 PM) Hi everyone, not sure if the question ask before as I'm slightly puzzled by digi plan. I do understand the Maxis one. tis 1 really confuse~~` From the website, http://www.digi.com.my/iphone/getone_want_...ne_payment.html I'm interested to get the 16GB phone on iDigi88 plan if I take Option 1 : I need to pay RM2090 up and subsequently RM58 after that (with autopayment) Since the phone price of it is RM1490, which mean I overpay RM600 for the phone and it's deduced equally for 24 months? so I'm paying roughly about RM58 - (RM600/24)? or is it I pay RM2090 at start, hence I get a discount on the plan to pay RM58 instead of the normal RM88 And how for the 0% interest go? Something like I paying (RM88 + the phone/24 months)? If only Digi plan as easy to understand than Maxis. Hope any kind folks here can give me a help on this. Thanks i dont understand this T&C also •Savings* = RM200 savings will be deducted upfront from the RRP amount and the balance savings will be credited equally over 24 months in your monthly DiGi bill. |
