1. Earlier of the month i go there, no stock i know. Not giving register waiting list.
2. 2nd week Go there ask they say stock will coming in 3rd week. Cant Pre-book.
3. 3rd week go, stock running low. Daily About 5 ~ 6 Unit phone coming only. But waiting list is short around 40+ person waiting. no need make pre-book. Pls come in next week. Take a small piece of paper write down my name say will call me after clear the waiting list.
4. Today (Mean 4 week), No stock, stock is no coming much + not daily restock.
- Then i start to shoot them, my Gas tank has full, talk shit to them how much u wasted my time..... Everytime come not allow to Pre book. Ask me come ask everyweek.
-So after some shooting they check that my name is in Waiting list. Fun? In waiting list? Say not allow pre-book? They say due to many ppl want it so they reused the waiting list. Come on early early give me prebook so noneed waste so much of my time to come check lo.
- Then how long i have to wait? How many ppl above me? 60+? Then i say wtf? Last week u tell me there is only 40+ ppl waiting. After clear then call me. Now 60+? Wtf early if u let me in waiting list i think i getting the phone d. After that they keep say sorry to me.
- I ask again why ytd night got ppl getting the phone? As i know that person is not prebook. (Actually is my mistake the person is prebook) then another CS come to me say only 2 ppl taking thier ip4 ytd. Both of them is prebook last 2 week. @@ can book last 2 week. Why i cant?
So the Final i tell them Pull my name out of waiting list. That list is useless. They keep say sorry to me & say we will notice u when the stock is coming i say no need pull me out. they keep say nvm nvm we keep the name in list.
So the Moral of the story is...
The CS call me just now at 8pm++ Telling me that had i reserved customer cancel the phone. So i can come collect my phone.
I tell her im currently is not in town. She say fine, she reserved to me till this sunday.
Csz their really hear n understand the mistake & the need of customers, they did n correct it.
