The port over process is so painful....
I should port over to Digi post paid earlier before they launch iPhone4,
I have been waiting the port over since sat and I called the CS it mention the application only submitted this morning because the port over only can process during normal working hours.

I have to wait for at least another 24 hours before I can grab my iphone 4 >.<

Another concern here, will they reserved the iPhone4 for me when i submitted the form in that particular Digi center?
Otherwise, when I successfully port over but no phone for me then it is the worst case ever....

It went smoothly for my case, porting over when buying the iphone and not before .. if you port over before they launch the iphone 4, you'll stuck with the 90 days period before you could change your package.

If they've the stock and you do an MNP, they'll reserve the unit for you .. that is what happened to me .. did an MNP on Friday, got ported over overnight and I took the iphone4 on Saturday ..
*
You're really lucky then. I thought the CS told me the MNP only will process during office hour.
But yours submitted on Fri can get the phone on Sat. they work half day on Sat ? tongue.gif

Any how I got a friend submitted MNP on Fri too, but until last night still didn't get the SMS.

The 90 days period I thought only applicable to if want to port over to other telco, no ?

my sis mnp on sun n after 3 hrs successfully port over from maxis prepaid to idigi plan. can take phone on today dy. i think it depends on which centre u go i guess. digi centre will be faster processing thn digi specialised store because specialised store need to collect one shot of mnp forms n submit altogether to digi .. i guess la.. haha.. n specialised store ppl alwiz lack of knowledge or left out something if u ask them bout iphone stuffs..

for eg. when i ask them whether if we opt for epp plan, do we entitle for the rm5 autobilling or nt. went to few digi specialised centre n the ppl there mention can't. only applicable to those paying upfront. in digi centre itself, the cs told my sis can no matter u pay one shot or by epp. even digi website did mention tat epp oso can entitle for rm5 autobilling

Erm.. I think so, my another friend get the iphone 4 from SS2, and she told me very sufficient, while I queue like hell in sunway.
For knowledge wise I still satisfy with them just that the queue part it make me mad. I was there like 4-5 hours.

Is the rm5 rebate for EPP will credit to your idigi a/c and use to deduct your bill if you call extra right ?
Because the monthly installment amount already charge to your credit card.

I applied for MNP at Digi Solaris to port from Maxis(Postpaid, non contract, no supp line attached) to Digi, around 8pm last Friday night(24th) and got my Iphone, the next day(4pm ish).

Maxis CS told me my MNP application was received but will only be processed on Monday because MNP applications need at least 1 working day. (Not True)

I went to collect my Iphone the moment my temporary sim card became active and did not receive any welcome SMS until after I got my Iphone.

Hope the above helps.

Can we collect the phone without waiting the temp sim card to be activated ?
I being told I have to wait until my old sim card deactivated and change to the new sim card which is activated.

I wonder how is the iDigi Friend & Family plan work... I can't find in the digi website.
The rate for F&F is 10sens/min during happy hour is 5sens/min.

Is this F&F mins use the min in the iDigi free call mins or put it in the extra charge item ?
