My MNP still not work since last saturday submit d form at Quill9! called them yesterday but get impolite response from MNP team. They only submit to Celcom yesterday. they r not responsible with their words!

Digi & Maxis .. you could ask for a new micro SIM for RM25 (Maxis) or RM20 (Digi) .. I believe they'll come with both cutout ..

same here. seems like ppl register at quill are having long wait for Mnp activation.
mine reg on sat, only activate last night 8pm. (5 days wait). called them >5 times to harrass only they entertain me. i agree the digi CS is very impolite and impatient. i suggest u keep calling them and chase them bro. good luck.

for digi.....meaning we can ask for the mini sim? or you have the option to take it out as a mini sim instead of micro?

I went to Digi Centre at Beach Street, Penang around 1pm yesterday. Earlier, I called them n asked if got ready stock for 16G n 32G or not. But to my disappointment they said "out of stock". However, I din really trust that gal so I went to Digi Centre n headed to d-counter n asked if I signed up a new no for iPhone 4, can I get d-phone immediately. The man said, "yeah, sure"...huhuhu...Then I told him I wanna subscribe iDigi 88 straightaway.

It took about 20 - 30 minutes ++ to complete d-registration...BUT, my line only activated after like 8 hours ++...huhuhu, but I'm fine with that. Maybe due to so many new subscribers n d-line must be a tad congested.

U can try cut urself. If cut cacat liao just go back to the Digi/Maxis Centre say ur Hp stolen kekeke

they will ask d police report if ur hp being stolen.. i guess.. better say ur sim spoilt

my iphone signal show no service but i called to digi and they said my line is already activated
they told me to log into itunes then restart iphone..and i will get my service

may i know is this the steps i need to do in order to get my service??

when did u register ur new number? Mine, it was around 2pm. And my line only activated around 11 pm + +. So it took approx 9 hours ++....

i register it on tuesday nite and today onli activated but my iphone still show no service
normally how u do when u wan to get the service?

Tomz, Turion64, we are in the same boat, I threw a big fuss on Sat, asking stupid questions like "how do I know when the line is active?" which when I asked from the vague staff manning the payment counter up to the some senior Digi staff revealed that they will key in the details MANUALLY.

With the answers they gave me, I made similar calls on Mon (said 24hrs activated but not done), Tuesday (threw a very big fuss; again was told 24hrs activated) and Wedsday lunch hour (last night) to reveal my number was in the system and the request to port was made. Last night's little language glitch also gave me the opportunity to double check and confirm that the rebate and my credit card details are in as well.

So yes, we made our "payments" on Sat, but I bet on Julia Robert's pretty smile that the pool of names were not keyed into the system until a few days later.

MINI-UPDATE 5: My previous post at page 10,14,25. finally my no is ported but was told to wait 1st Oct before my plan I selected (iDigi88, RM58 monthly) is activated. Bastards.
