i know 1st sub line min need to subscribe to DP30 (no iDigi plan for sub line).. 2nd sub line not sure

UPDATE: From my previous post at page 10 and Page 14 : Called Digi CS on both Monday and Tuesday evening, was given excuses that details was not entered and they will do it within 24 hours.

Called Digi today during lunch time and was told my details were keyed into the system at around 10am, PENDING confirmation from the big blue bear. Digi told me that my line would be ported within 24 hours (where did I hear this before, is there an echo in the room?) so probably it will be active by 8 to 10am tomorrow. Betul ker ni?????

TL:DR: Porting in progress, finally done by tomorrow? Bastards.

after the status release by telco..
it takes very soon to activate ur sim..

during the time i couldnt use data ... i was still under the MNP plan ... once DiGi changed me to iDiGi plan ... i could start using data already..

You're lucky or otherwise you'll get slapped with a lot of RM for data usage .. when I did my port over, the guy at the counter told me not to use internet for 24 hours .. I do realised that no 3G or Edge symbols appearing on status bar.. I thought this should be normal

during my MNP plan period ... i didnt have 3G or (E)dge symbol also ... and i can't use the data ...

now got the (E)dge symbol ... but im still gonna wait for another 24 hours JUST incase

iphone running out of stock!!!

Haha.. i am taking Maxis Prepaid iphone plan and i get my 500mb data plan 10minutes after i bought my phone.. they sent me a msg ask me to enjoy my 500mb data..

My sis taking postpaid plan and he get de free data once his sim card activated..

UPDATE 4: My old Celcom SIM went dead, and once I pop in the new micro SIM card, my Digi line was active...with the MNP iPhone plan.

I had trouble with the language selection as it was in chinese, and because the entire IVR system was in chinese (you dial *128# to get this menu) I could not change the language! Someone give me the wizard's house address who came up with this smart idea so I could punch his face. Utterly stupid. I called using my other backup phone and was told that it will take 2 days or 1st October before I was switched to the iDigi88 plan! (which is why my iP4 does not show up the 3G icon)

Score 4 for Digi's utter poor performance on customer service!

Just got mine from solaris. 30mins wait. now im using it wooot!

finally got my digi line activated! after 5 days! phew!

any idea is it alright to use 3G right away? coz i am porting from maxis, afraid the plan is not activated yet

u can enjoy the data right away..
if u doubt on it.. try it and *128*1*1#
whether they charged u money or not..

Usually will take around 24 hours. Dun worry. Btw register yourself at digi website so that u can use the Online OCS. Its much better and u dun need to waste time calling.

Erm wait till next morning, register yourself at digi ocs...then go and ask the CS ppl. Won't take them long to activate your plan to iDigi.

Anybody knows if any DiGi shop in KK has stock? My friend wants to get his next Monday (travel from some small town in Sabah over to KK just to get one). Thanks

Added on September 30, 2010, 7:33 amwah, good laa maxis now. just be sure not to exceed your 500mb quota yaa.if not you'll end up draining your prepaid credit. And remind your sister as well bro coz once you exceed. I got fren who exceeded the quota and end up paying RM250 for data only.
