normally when digi active ur phone, everything will be set. iphone in msia is hidden by provider n u won't be able to view or edit the cellular data on ur phone. unless jbed phone or some of d forumer on lyn mention.. add the carrier logo. thn will be able to view it..

so far, digi is alright to me. get the phone on sat 12:30pm... so when home and start calling customer service at 1:30pm... so assume the line is alright. then next day, i received sms stated digi customer service will contact me and etc... until now no one contact me but i can call, surf without problem.

only complaint is the line. sometimes no service and sometimes 3 to 4 bar...

i called up the customer service ... seems like i need to bring my phone to digi centre to let them check it out

How may I find out which Digi centre still has any stock?

FYI ... i went to pyramid digi today and heard they got stock right now ... u may try ur luck n go there

For those who got problem with accessing internet, my advise is to bring the phone to a digi centre to check the settings. Had the same problem with mine. Brought to digi centre and they fixed it for me. The CS said a lot of settings for my account was not set properly by the person handling the conversion of my account when i bought my iphone from quill that day.

Reporting from genting right now. Reception full bar, but no 3G signal. Using edge nia but the speed Is tolerable for Internet surfing lo...

I just make the switching at Low Yat today 12pm and around 6:45pm my digi line is activated..... now is waiting the call to collect the phone...

ic..is it sunway applicable for that??
