I wanna ask regarding the upfront payment..if i take iDigi 58 with iPhone 4 32gb, I need to pay upfront RM2490 rite ? Rm600 will credited equally within 5months like maxis ?

depend to area and how congested. if your area loaded with digi 3G, then it will be slow.

if your area only handful of people, then speed it faster.

You need to pay RM2490 .. and then monthly with, with auto-debit to your credit card, you need to pay minimum RM58/month but they'll charge you according to your usage after exceeding the air time, sms or mms allocation per month. No such thing as RM600 credited anywhere..

Guys, just wondering .... if I bought my set in Quill by doing port in ..... what if my port in is unsuccessful? Would it affect the warranty of the phone?

This has been detailed if you read some of the previous messages .. The RM200 is over the retail price of the iphone4, so instead of you paying the retail price, you'll only need to pay RM2090 upfront .. do read previous messages ..

UPDATE: From my previous post at page 10, I called up Digi service centre again at 7ish PM, and asked the same questions to the customer service spokesperson and was given the same answers again: NO SUCH NUMBER or RECORD exists. I mentioned about purchasing the iPhone 4@Quill and she seemed to be keenly aware of the event.

Pressing further and refusing to "go to the nearest Dig centre" to do the MNP again, I asked a new set of question, "what happened to all the forms and credit card details I filled up at Quill?" which turned into a 3 minute waiting period and a somewhat vague answer were given: they have pooled all the MNP numbers in a list, and will be "keying" the list within 24 hours before my number (which was in the list) will be ported in.

So Quill iP4 buyers, again, don't wait; please call Digi if you number is not ported!!

but is there suppose to b some APN settings or something beneath the cellular data? cuz i have
3G
Cellular Data
Data Roaming
Internet Tethering (this one has a loading figure beside)
VPN
Wi-Fi

I don't see any digi web settings man ... anyone out there can help?

i've tried to reset the network settings but no diff

the options are under General>Settings>Network

iphone faulty

Somehow, I get a prompt on my iPhone4, something to do with carrier update which I hit yes for the update .. haven't tried to do anything fancy, but I can browse the net on 3G.

I believe you won't see the APN setting on Digi & Maxis .. it should be sent to your iphone during the activation via itunes. I couldn't see it on my Maxis's iPhone 3GS and I couldn't see it either on Digi's iPhone 4.

Follow the guide in the FAQ in digi website:

Click on the have a support question, go down to item 6 .. it has the how-to reset the network setting.

This will reactivate your network setting once again ..

you are right.. you need to follow up with your current provider just to make sure that DIGI submit the application to them.. i register at Quill in satuday and until now no service.. so FRUSTRATED!!!
in my case, DIGI submit without bring my Supplementary number with the application and then CELCOM reject.. and today DIGI resubmit again the application.. i check again with CELCOM and they already received my application.. and CELCOM SC said that they will takes approximate 3 to 7 days to port out my number ..... why they takes so long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if im not mistaken other user only takes 24 hrs to port out and port in, and why for my case it will takes 3 to 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
