There are many exception cases where Digi staffs can do. Though it's gonna take them some time to hold the line just to do that exception case. Dealers can do too but it takes more time writin in emails to get the respective department to get it done but it's very tedious which most dealers will avoid. Besides, there are chances that their request get rejected. So if u encounter such cases, best to refer to Digicenter rather then walkin up to DSS.

Most of the time, they'll tell u to switch into other operator and get it switch back to iphone plan to bypass the 3mth restriction.

what is meant by" Savings* = RM200 savings will be deducted upfront from the RRP amount and the balance savings will be credited equally over 24 months in your monthly DiGi bill."?...

Digi give rebate of RM25 over 24 months for the savings of the phone?...

example 16GB .

RRP RM2290 .. Digi sell u at RM2090 <--- save money ad
then plan is i88 (RM88) ,, u pay RM63 <--- save again loh

RM58 if u use auto-billing. . register ur credit card with them then they rebate RM5 coz auto billing ..

but its not real-time update la .. once a day they will update the stock availability of the iphone4 in digi center around afternoon

guys... i went to digi center to get an iphone4.. but i found out there is no option to extend the phone warranty to 2 years for rm190 (previously some lowyat forumer did that...)

I told the dude to check for me before processing my registration regarding the warranty extension, he said he will check on it...and continued with the registration. So after finish doing all those things, wanted to pay, but i asked the counter again if i will get my additional 1 year warranty. She said no... and I don't feel like paying ...so she told me to cancel it. Thats exactly what I did.

I went to the guy who processed my application and say I wanted to cancel it. He was shocked and try to keep me with it. So I told him about the additional 1 year warranty thing. He went around asking. He came back and tell me the warranty extension thing can be done online. And if I cancel the order, I need to pay penalty fees (WTF??? ). So I told him, can u please show me how it can be done. Then he went into the office n ask again. In the end he came out saying cannot do, and ask if I want to cancel it, no penalty charges.

Geez, I got so excited and end up empty handed, zZzZz

come on the extended warranty thing is a 3rd party warranty.. DiGi doesn't provide extended warranty..

Others can't even get one n you cancel yr purchase for something does not exist at all. If I were the person who do yr application, I will curse WTF  hope Digi does not blacklist you.

Finally get my 32GB iphone at maxis roadshow at pyramid....queue up at 7:30am today... sign up only 12 months contract....YEY!!!

it does exist la, someone got it by paying rm190 more, then it will be under apple care.... nah the person who did my application was very civilized and polite (thank god).

besides, i've already mentioned to him at the beginning stage i wanted that additional 1 year warranty. if he checked properly and get back to me instantly, we wouldnt have wasted that time, instead he tried to make me proceed with everything, right until the payment time... when i find something is fishy that i asked this issue again.

Maxis will sms you a message say "We Acknowledge your request to move. Thank you for being with Maxis and we hope to serve you again in the future. Bla bla bla..."

With-in 1 minute, the line will cut off than you force to change to DiGi sim card for continue to use the phone..

Then need to go to DiGi Center to collect the iPhone..

Get my iP4 today at solaris... Weehoo.
