It is not me that like to discourage you all from using Maxis. But it simply overcharge too much. My friend even top up RM600 deposit still not enough. Well he is thinking of getting an IP 4 from Singapore and subscribe to Celcom or Digi.

I'm using Maxis since iPhone 3G days and it's more than 2 yrs, I've never get shocking bills.

Only fools who doesn't know how to monitor their data usage gets that.

And guess what? My work requires me on the run, my colleague which is on DiGi constantly runs out of 3G coverage and have to stick with EDGE, thank God I still get 3G coverage at those areas.

Simple math, if DiGi is so good and so cheap, Maxis would lose a lot of customers and everyone else would be porting to DiGi. Guess what? Those who are on Maxis before knows that they have much better 3G coverage, that's why they stick to it even though the plan are not as attractive as DiGi's.

Maxis is losing customers now else you would not see so many people go to Digi centre to do the port in. Maybe all of us are fools and you are the smartest of all.

yeah but why is maxis still no 1 telco in msia, celcom no 2, and digi is still no 3.ok fine digi started later than both.

Number ONE in term of subscriber does not mean everything. Iphone market share in the world is only 4.5%, while its profit is 50% of overall profit. Nokia and Samsung only yield 10-20% while number 3 top seller LG does not have any profit at all.

hmmm... DiGi will only sell iphone4 to MNP customers even they have stock now?? ...
how about existing users that wish to switch to iDigi plan?
cuz from the posts here all indicated MNP customers will get iPhone 4 more easily...

11am from maxis prepaid port to digi prepaid .. now still not yet receive any sms zzzzzzzz

hurm midvalley got alot of iphone4 stock only for those with existing digi plan coz their shop gonna renovate on monday. so not accepting those MNP and switch prepaid to postpaid. so only for existing digi customer

same with me... I ported Hotlink to Digi yesterday @ 9pm... they still not convert my operator...

i got mine on this morning at lowyat...according to them, the stock is just arrived after few days no stock...

Digi in the Mid valley says no stock but still seeing them taking the iphone 4 out to other customers....wtf?

cash pay RM63 , if auto billing through credit card is RM58...this is only the monthly bill for digi service....phone is 2090 for 16GB and 2490 for 32GB...u still have to pay for the phone 1st shot unless u going for the EPP
