My gf is currently comparing Vogue and Viia.
Heard that Viia was about 60% sold.

IMHO, finishings at Viia didn't seem any better than Vogue overall.

Toto vs American Standard bathrooms goes to Vogue.
Bedroom closets goes to Viia.
Kitchen cabinets goes to Vogue.
Overall finishing goes to Viia but partially because it's also newer.

Layout-wise, the 1+1 bedroom units layout in both aren't appealing.
I preferred the 1 bedroom units at Vogue.
For 2 bedroom units, the layout at Viia was cleaner.

Other considerations would be that AirBnB friendly Viia is better for investors.
And Vogue's amenities are overall slightly more appealing.

Anyone else looked or looking at either/both?
