No need to guess who arranged for this video. Unit not even Vp. More like a paid commercial to me.

Agreed on the mall condition. anyway, i heard office occupancy in KLEC is very low and rental yield is even lower than vogues yield. for many years MV area used to have 90% office occupancy until KLEC and southpoint came in. a major consulting firm from garden recently moved to 106.

Yes agreed on klec office rent yield. My friend moved office from scot garden to here, I commented on her moving up in life and she claimed the rent she got is barely different.

What can you expect from a FZ prop bulu student. There are some prop YouTuber Facebook "influencers" as well team up with few big prop agency and bulu to marketing prop.

He recommended some projects in current market as well in bk jail, 118, etc.. be careful of what he recommended, got FZ bulk purchase team shadow. Grade A to him might become Grade F to you Haha.

will avoid what ever project related to property gurus regardless what ever they talk...if the project is sellable (pricing, location, quality, developer brand...etc)...why need this fishy property guru? every unit sold they can earn a lot..if so good..they should keep it for long term la...why so desperate to sell?

Don't really see a proper walking path from VS1 to MV or LRT. When will they build the link bridge from VS1 .... ?

Anyone can let me know is it convenient to walk from Vogue Suite one to the LRT station?
I checked the road on google map and seem like there is no pedestrian walkway connecting it.

very convenient

you have to cross the road to Mercu 3 and there is a pathway next to the carpark that leads you out to the SP Setia polis bantuan kiosk
exit from the pathway to LRT on maps is: 3.1182508303147984, 101.673329223563

Yup, same as the walkway to the mall.
everyone uses the mercu 3 path so I suppose it’s the best and fastest way to get to the station
