News dated 11/01/2013, cannot own both.

PR cannot play rental yield, Singaporean can.

Any condo near MRT <= S$ 1 M.

KLEC residential tower 2 will be launched by end of this year.

I almost bought the Sky Residences. quoted me ~RM2mil. coz I am looking for condo with huge living hall facing nice view. Did not commit coz of the uncertainty of the kg baru infront of this development.

Best is to look for subsale for landed @ Iskandar.

Target CCK area, looking for S$ 3.5k rental, < S$ 1 M any other choice?

u buy the condo for own stay or rental?

not sure about rental at CCK. but i guess you can get a 3-bedder at Mi Casa for $1mil. There are a few old condos near Mi Casa, many r below $1mil.

Those old condo is abit old, and facing the main road, quite noisy....

yes. KLEC will be launching the service apartment. no price yet. I guess from RM1.5mil.

Launching this coming Sunday?

RM 1.5 M not for me, half the price RM 800k OK. Else, I will still go for landed.

coz the residential tower 1 was mostly launched at RM1mil (from $1200psf). So the service apartment will be much higher.

I am still not clear how that works. coz the service apartment will be managed by SP.

I think differently, residential tower normally higher price than service apartment, although service apartment price psf likely higher.

It will be good, if there is about 700 sqft service apartment.

Below 1M n next to MRT? Try klgateway.com. Should be 650-800 psf subjected to size.

This service apartment will be managed by SP Setia... therefore, the price may include the reno and furniture... as well as other fees.. not sure about the yield.

KL I don't really bother about MRT, when condo selling > RM 1 M, buyer unlikely will take MRT.
