I think many parents also bought for their kids. My uncle bought a unit at Banyan tree pavillion for his 10 yrs old son. If not buy now will b more exp nxt time. ....... (?)

The MRT project in coming years will be bringing in alot of experts and engineers. The reason being KL has alot of underground streams and rivers that can create alot of unique situations.
