I think vast majority, i.e 80% of buyers are Malaysians based in Malaysia.
I advice professional Malaysians and Singaporeans looking for KL condos to look here. This project becomes very attractive compared to all others in KL CBD. The problem in KL now is:
WE HAVE RICH INVESTORS, BUT VERY FEW RICH TENANTS. Properties can be sold, developers clean hand. But we need to encourage those local people (especially those from outstation) to rent and willing to pay if they cannot really afford a home afterall. Malaysian tenants always bargain bargain to max. And many just don't want to pay on home, but rather spend big on cars. |

Yeah. Very risky. Unless malaysia change in future to be a world class country like singapore

I think you are right. Mostly paper profit. Mayb hard to find buyer. Too many development already.
