Note that the condition of the absolutely dead mall was not touched on and inaccurate euphoric remarks made on the occupancy of the offices (menara igb below 70% and southpoint 50+% if I recall rightly from the figures from the new igb commercial reit). Larger 700+sqft 1+1 bedroom unit at the slightly older vogue tower can barely hit 2.5 (my friend has been renting a FF unit for 2.1k long before covid).

Not a a yield to be happy about for sure..

Yes agreed on klec office rent yield. My friend moved office from scot garden to here, I commented on her moving up in life and she claimed the rent she got is barely different.

I know many owners die die waited for the link bridge to MV and lrt hoping for better conditions. Looks like still unfortunately not enough catalyst..
