is there any huge difference between 4G92P compare to Mitsu's 4G92 mivec? i mean in terms of performance, is it worth upgrading from the 4G92p to the mivec version?

Turbocharged heats up easily and faster than N/A ? I thought it's the other way round. MIVEC is N/A right ? Too much influenced from Initial D, just finish marathon whole series

QUOTE(shinjite @ Sep 29 2010, 12:05 PM) More than 80km/h 4th gear? Means the Lancer GT didn't really tekan full also because you are not even hitting redline in your Wira mine SOHC only mar, not for playing at redline.his is auto, how to say didn't tekan fully? QUOTE(afosz @ Sep 29 2010, 12:26 PM) What do you mean by 93T cannot long2 on top speed ? Meaning that MIVEC pwn 93T at top speed ? I'm not looking on sudden boost quick pick up. One can stay at high speed for long time like above 160 kmph for long travel is good enough. My 1.5A now don't dare to go high speed, limit to 140 kmph or 4.5k RPM. Don't want history to repeat, last time tappet loosen, engine out turbo is by boost mar, where can boost long2.This post has been edited by xxboxx: Sep 29 2010, 06:07 PM |

Hi all,
Today when I on A/C, my car feel like no power..like underpower..I'm driving Wira 1.5 Auto(4G15).. Actually what is the problem will cause the car underpower when A/C on? Besides that, I would like to get some opinions from you all, is it worth to invest more on Wira? since its old car, and will it be very hard to find spare part later on? |

QUOTE(chaf @ Sep 29 2010, 08:10 PM) What story ? QUOTE(Lineage @ Sep 29 2010, 09:43 PM) Hi all, Yes, mine too and it is normal. What I do is I spend less time braking, and when going uphill, I speed up earlier. Also, if your Wira still in good condition, my suggestion is to maintain it as long as you can, especially when you're studying or just started to work. Save up the monthly pay, until you can afford new one. I love my Wira Today when I on A/C, my car feel like no power..like underpower..I'm driving Wira 1.5 Auto(4G15).. QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Sep 30 2010, 10:57 AM) are both of the 4G92 blocks the same? MIVEC block is way better of course (tough)according to wiki, the sohc is a more fuel efficiency engine compare to the mivec dohc version, i am just wondering are the block same? It has oil squirters as well to cool the pistons and etc etc SOHC doesn't have oil squirters but you can dump in MIVEC pistons But seriously, MIVEC now is overpriced, not worth at all (for me) QUOTE(Lineage @ Sep 30 2010, 10:58 AM) SOHC you can see 1 campulley only, DOHC has 2 (bigger cylinder head) |
