Absorber mounting is it very important? Mine cracked already..what is the consequence if I don't change it?

If I change the absorber mounting, ori and non-ori got big difference? the workshop quote me RM80+ per piece..Non-ori still can use right? but the only thing is cannot last very long? Actually this kind of absorber mounting normally how long change once?

2x absorber mounting = RM176
Workmanship = RM90(RM45 per side)

My wira nowadays like very hard to start, espec after raining. Need to turn the key a few times and sometimes press the throttle too (not sure if pressing the throttle will actually helps, but it only starts when I press it). I hear a soft "cranking" sound when I turn the key. Any idea whats wrong?

Usually I need to turn 5-8 times before the engine comes to life.

Mine is a 1.6 FI Auto.
