Yea,got both DVI and HDMI port.Huh?I tot according to ur picture,HDMI is for monitor and Ps3,DVI is for gaming rig and monitor.Then y still need HDMI switch?

since my monitor got audio IN / OUT but u'r monitor don't tongue.gif

actually u got 2 option

1. use the HDMI switcher
2. just split the audio cable from speaker..1 connect to OUTput port at the monitor and another one to pc sound card as usual

MR iTIK..why do u need to get the AV switch? i think just get a splitter will do

Mr.Itik..XD I dunno,some ppl recommend me for the AV switch coz my speaker uses white and red cables.Not enuf cables for both Ps3 and gaming rig/sound card.Wat is a splitter?Any picture?

no idea what's wrong with ur console dood..
i've been using PS3 since the first launch in OU last time..
no problem opening FB or any internet pages..

that one..it's only cost RM5-10 each

what sarjan want to tell you is to connect your pc sound card audio out to monitor audio in.so you dont need av switch if you connect ps3 directly to monitor using hdmi cable which you already has video and audio coming from monitor with it.

from monitor audio out connect to speaker audio in since you already have both sound from the ps3 and pc coming out from monitor.

what shah suggest to you pretty much best solution since av switch can be use for extra audio source if you want to connect to your speaker
