i tried losing weight with kinohimitsu bodyslen. it is expensive but really, compare to other products, kinohimitsu shows some result. i've been using the product for 11days now and lost approx 3kg. not a bad record.

Forget about all those slimmig pills and all. It won't work. Even if it works, it will only be temporarily. Do some work out, go on strict diet. Take supplements for a better metabolism. It will work. Don;t be too conscious on body weight.. aim for fat loss.

i know a good personal trainer that could create special program to lose weight base on body and personal lifestyle. each person have different way or kind of losing weight according to him . one program cannot cater to one same client depend on genetic and that's y alot of people lost weight and regain back their weight after some time.. if u r really interested to hear more, just pm me and i introduce him to any one who want real result from him .

When u wake up drink a glass of water.Breakfast. Fill ur stomach 2/3, never leave the table with a full tummy. Dinner always before 7 PM .A little bit of chocolate or fruits won't hurt and keeps you going. Get a glass of water if you can't stand.Always sleep with an empty tummy.
Say no to munchies but some cookies will quench your hunger for a while.
I'm sure you will lose some 3-5 kg in 2 months time. Try it with some exercise. I'm sure you can make it up to 10.
Less sugar helps. Mix some water with your favorite drink if its too sweet. Get used to it this way.


Warning to everyone about the pills: They are for the hopeless, then i think nobody is hopeless. If u have some genes that make you who you are, accept the fact and embrace it with your inner self. Try harder!
