i know a good personal trainer that could create special program to lose weight base on body and personal lifestyle. each person have different way or kind of losing weight according to him . one program cannot cater to one same client depend on genetic and that's y alot of people lost weight and regain back their weight after some time.. if u r really interested to hear more, just pm me and i introduce him to any one who want real result from him .
