no carbohydrated food for dinner.. better still, no dinner..

breakfast: cereal, milk, apple, low fat yogurt
lunch: a bit of rice, meat, vege, fruit
dinner: apple or yogurt

do cardio exercises a lot and whenever you are in your house.

ask google unker about cardio exercises and do them.


protip: do them until your muscles are sore, dun count. Interchange which muscles to exercise.
rest 2 days (for that part of body) and then continue.

do execises everyday like:

1. burn belly fatss : do sit upsss (like 20-40 times. depends on ur abilities)
2. burn love handles : do sit upss too but this time, simply just twist both your legs to the direction (left or right) while you're laying on the floor but not your hips.hips stays parallely on the ground.(just like stated above, do it like 20-40 times. depends on ur abilities)

p.s : noted that doing these sit ups doesnt mean ifting up you body way up until you're on a sit position. just lift it until you chest level will be perfect.

well, you may feel muscles or neck pains the next morning but its totally normal so dont worry. =)

and if can dont skip meals. eat at least 3 meal a day (small amount would be best) and drink more water. it helps to excrets toxics from you body and also reduce the feeling of hungry.

get a treadmill, drink lot of water and vitamin to boost metabolism... work for me

those early days, i tend to sweat a bit only/ no sweat at all.. now after took vitamin it seem better.. gud luck

just eat lesser... don't eat snacks. do more exercise ... work more and do more physical works.

u can lose weight in 2 weeks.

I've worked hard these days and didn't eat any snacks + every meal i eat lesser...then i lost 2kg in 2 weeks

For my experience

Morning : drink water + exercise (1 hr ) + 1 apple ( be sure it's red as green one will make you stomach uncomfortable )

Afternoon : 1 apple also
Evening : exercise (1 Hr )

Night : Bit of rice and other dishes

Before sleep : Do stretching exercise ( If you focus on your legs )

It works for me.. so works for me... Do take note that I've get used to exercise for at least 1 hour for a day since I was small.So, if you're not like me, just make it like around 15-20 min. If you body has started to get used to it, try to make the duration time longer.

REMEMBER, not just exercise, but you have to watch out your diet.

Eat less,move more.

If you follow my way, 2 days already loss 0.7 kg, so for 1 week, you can lose 2 kilo, which also means 3 days already burn more than 1 kilo fats.

Just don't give up. hehe/. take your time. Everyone's different and has their own way.

Ps : you can always refer to jpn fashion magazine as inside got tons of way on losing weights. It does really work.
I get used to skipping, so I skip for 1 hour and then do some stretching moves by referring to the jpn fashion magazine.

if you guys want to advice others for weight loss, please advice them a healthy way. not by telling them to eat something that's less than the the minimum calorie intake that a person should have.

looking at those foods intake that has been posted up there, it can be easily less than 1,200 kcal per day. that's not healthy.

of course according to FDA, female should be taking 1,800 - 2,000 kcal per day; however.. the minimum intake should be 1,200.. nothing less than that.

exercise is also the main key here. build more muscle = burn more fats.

healthy eating habits and foods + exercise = healthy weight loss. and also, being thin or slim do not mean a person is healthy and fit as well. hence, you need to lose weight gradually in healthier way. exercise to boost your metabolism and become fitter.

eat oats for breakfast. drink milk or juice.

lunch - less rice, more veges. if gonna go exercise later, take beans, tofu and/or meat.

dinner - less rice, more veges, n fruits.

go online n check wat food has more proteins. avoid the carbs. eat less rice at mamak sores n take more veges.

exercise - run for 30 minutes minimum. use treadmill to do better timing n speed tracking. run at 8-10km/h. if wan challenge, add gradient 0.5-1.5.

stretch ares arnd ur waist to loosen the fats arnd tht area. do a few simple exercise to loosen it. move side to side, not front n back.

I truely agree with oatkrunch.
Those fast and easy ways (such as extreme diet, diet pill) will only work for short term and in the same time bring you a lot of side effects for long term.

If your daily calories intake less than your BMR(Basal Metabolism Rate- calories you burn per day just by being alive and laying around ), your body will alert and go into starvation mode (for keeping you alive ).

This will result:
- your body slow down your metabolism as a means of conserving energy.
- your body will reduce burning on body fat and store it.
- your body will turn your muscle into body fat, you will have less muscle and more body fat in long run. =.=|||
- your body will stop supply energy to some of your body organs (which you not necessary need it for survive), such as uterus (your period stopped; may affect your fertility)
- inadequate nutrition - a lot sickness will come and visit your body

When they start eating like normal again, the body will quickly try to store all those calories rather than use them right away, and they could end up fatter than they were before they started dieting.

Some people thought extreme diet for short period (less than a week/month) wont bring much side effects for them.
But normally what people do when they gain back the weight is they will do extreme diet again... (as it is easiest and fastest way)

Personally, I not advise people who are not overweight but just want to lose few kg to record and calculate their calories intake.
Once this became your habit, you will face difficulty to eat like normal... every food or drink will became numeric in your eyes (i experience this, and still...).
Just slightly control your eating habits, take more veges, fruits.. less cake, carbonate drink, oily food like fried chicken, junk foods.. (make this be your life time habit, not for losing weight period only)

If you want fast result, just move your legs, exercise! thumbup.gif

hi... have to agree with a few of the comments (too many to quote)..

but yes.. try and lower your carb intake.. and also try and control all sorts of snacking.. and do not over eat! me and bf always have that problem. anyways.. me and my friends did our own biggest loser and within 7 weeks, my bf lost about 5kg! and he could have actually done more to lose more weight.

Basically, we had less carbs in our diet.. no snacking and no soft drinks.. try to lessen our oily and fatty foods and less during dinner.. that was it! if only exercise was added into the regime (which I truly believe works better than just not eating altogether), i think he would have been able to lose more!

Just 30min a day to work out,I mean 30 minutes out of 1440 minutes..It is not really that much right?!~~~..

Hi,

to lose weight, you need to exercise more and eat less.

Exercise at least 30 mins a day. any type of exercise to lose weight will do, if you don't know what, just run or swim or cycling.

the more important thing is to control on your food intake. eat at least 500 calories less a day.

give yourself at least 2 months, and you should see promising result.

last time when studying, i hardly gain weight.
but after i start working, most of my time is sitting in office, and my hip become bigger! and i found that i'm now easily gain weight compare to last time! sob...

any way to reduce hip size?

if you can well plan with your time and enjoy the process of sweating, go for intense exercise like playing basketball or badminton.

and if you are really busy and cannot find the time to sweat, take on some slimming machine like the Osim uKimono la. haha. but need motivation to use it everyday also la.

when it comes to losing (or gaining) weight, calorie is king.

balanced diet is the best way to lose weight. i would highly advise you not to go under a strict diet because it will put you in a 'diet' mentality. i dont think anybody would want to live for the rest of their lives feeling 'restricted'.

the key here is MODERATION. portion control, quality over quantity is very important. you cannot spot a target that you want to burn fat. it is in your genetics but most of the time the tummy area will be the last part. well, you can read an article which i contributed here in kevin zahri's blog when i lost 10kgs http://kevinzahri.com/blog/health-fitness/...n-three-months/

go for acupuncture master, thrice a week, lay on the bed about 20-25mins, for the blood circulations and muscle working on its own and she explained something in China Chinese, so I don't quite understand.

It works very effectively but you have to suffer coz, you are not allow to eat anything that contains carbohydrate, no junk food, no flour-made food.

I eat/have only egg, corns, cabbages, miso soup, hotdogs, slices of meat. For breakfast, lunch, dinner all the same.

All no added oil, just boil them and eat with some soy sauce if you really can't stand such 'tasteless' taste.

It's not healthy and it is costly.

For me, dun skip breakfast! Stomach full during breakfast usually less tendency to eat more during lunch time. Take less carb and less snacks. More fruits & vege. Cant escape exercise. Count your calories loh. Lastly, control wad you eat! brows.gif

try tennis. fun and fast way to sweat.
don't eat rice(it's not like ur gonna die if not eating it).
there's lots of other foods that can make u full without adding more calories.
try soup and drink lots of water. they can make you full if not bloated.
better than adding fat, rite?

you had to have a motivation and inspiration to lose weight. like hanging a picture of your dream body on the wall or something. trust me, it works.

after lunch / dinner, go shopping or walk around for at least 2 hours with high heels. this is what i do tongue.gif and also if u want fast, everyday eat steam fish or hot dog or eat only chicken breast without the skin. no oil at all. sure can lose weight. happy.gif also stop eating rice when u r on diet. if u really want rice, eat a bit will do. more chicken breast if u want.

Try out atkins diet program...

Low carb. intake...just protein and lotsa water - 2-3L per day...if more than that much better...

I have tried it out...within 2 days 1.5kg gone, and i lost 6kgs within a month...

During raya, diet hancur...non stop eating... tongue.gif

Now have to start it back...

If you want to be slim and toned like Jessica Biel, do cardio and weight training alternatively.

If you want to be skinny like most taiwanese girls with no muscle, starve!

Actually, what you really need is a balanced diet and very good self discipline. In order to lose weight, calories out must exceed calories in. Stay away from oily/fried stuff and eat more protein such as eggs and chicken breast (low calories but high satiety)

My personal opinion is exercise + diet is the best way to lose weight and achieve a nice body. Some people don't look good even though they're skinny cause there's no muscle tone, they don't exercise at all.

well last week i actually looking for a job then i came across herbal life. i dont know its herbal life at first. on the interview the explanation was good and they have over 70,000 clubs world wide in 74 countries with over 75 million results. and they showed me damm alot of before and after picture. im not interested in the job tho hehe. balance food intake, and exercise regularly. Working out may be boring, can try alternative like sports and all. If not, you could take up dancing as well, you have fun and at the same time, you exercise.

This is what I did to lose weight. Trust me, it definitely works. It just depends on how determined you are to carry it out.

Get a skipping rope, its reasonable, bout RM40 at a sports shop.

Then skip everyday (if you're very determined to lose the weight) for about 20-30 mins. (Start off with just 10-15 mins, and slowly work your way up to 30 mins)

BUT, the key thing is not skipping/jumping at a constant speed. You will need to skip VERY VERY fast for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds. Keep doing this for 30 mins.

There are tonnes of jump rope videos on YouTube if you need help. Teaches you what's the best length of your rope.

I did this for two weeks and really started seeing a big difference. But you might reach a plateau after that, so you'll need to keep increasing the intensity. Maybe do a single leg jump etc (go to You Tube for variations).

I have to emphasize that its important to have a balanced lifestyle. A big number on the weighing scale doesn't necessarily mean that you're overweight.

Oh, and remember to warm up before going at full speed.

i tried losing weight with kinohimitsu bodyslen. it is expensive but really, compare to other products, kinohimitsu shows some result. i've been using the product for 11days now and lost approx 3kg. not a bad record.

Forget about all those slimmig pills and all. It won't work. Even if it works, it will only be temporarily. Do some work out, go on strict diet. Take supplements for a better metabolism. It will work. Don;t be too conscious on body weight.. aim for fat loss.

i know a good personal trainer that could create special program to lose weight base on body and personal lifestyle. each person have different way or kind of losing weight according to him . one program cannot cater to one same client depend on genetic and that's y alot of people lost weight and regain back their weight after some time.. if u r really interested to hear more, just pm me and i introduce him to any one who want real result from him .

When u wake up drink a glass of water.Breakfast. Fill ur stomach 2/3, never leave the table with a full tummy. Dinner always before 7 PM .A little bit of chocolate or fruits won't hurt and keeps you going. Get a glass of water if you can't stand.Always sleep with an empty tummy.
Say no to munchies but some cookies will quench your hunger for a while.
I'm sure you will lose some 3-5 kg in 2 months time. Try it with some exercise. I'm sure you can make it up to 10.
Less sugar helps. Mix some water with your favorite drink if its too sweet. Get used to it this way.


Warning to everyone about the pills: They are for the hopeless, then i think nobody is hopeless. If u have some genes that make you who you are, accept the fact and embrace it with your inner self. Try harder!
