i was there tis morning, arrived at 7am. people queuing at first, after the door opened, everyone rushed to the gate.. the worst was, 3 fella straight away stood infront of the gate without queuing! why no ppl sound (am gal mah, so keep quiet lor)

my experience was, go early..if u r existing customer & changing ur plan, that's a lot faster. a guy infront me, he was registering a new line, and i got 5010 number (which is 10th person?), he got 503+. i think maybe the processing time takes longer, so the maxis staff gives him the later number? i have no idea.. :|

i heard from the maxis staff, today's allocation
100 units for 16GB
40 units for 32GB

i walked out with iphone4 at 9.30am.

Anyone know if there is stock at Berjaya Time Square Maxis Centre? Can I buy outright from there?

Any updates in Gardens? I wanted to buy ip4 on 1 of those launching days but failed to purchase as the stocks are finished and i was left no choice but to write my name and contact on Sunday noon and yet to receive any calls from them till today. It seems like ordering is not the fastest option where else we have to queue up right after the stores are open in the morning? Even so we are not guaranteed to know how many units are available due to the crowd? So which means those who ordered dont even stand a chance if ppl who walk-in dont even get the phone what more for those placed their names and contact?

can, but make sure u din use the iphone4 ivalue plan, if not u need buy converter to convert micro sim.

can i use my current number (prepaid) then convert to ivalue 1... then buy another new prepaid number then ask them make it into micro sim? and uhm, do we need to change another sim card when changing of plan(prepaid to postpaid)?

Yes u can hav supplementary lines like those Family Plus 30 or even the standard supplementary line RM10 ones.....I myself having those supplementary plans.

U can buy from apple centres and also register for Maxis subscription at those apple dealers as well.....in Penang, Switch outlets does that!
