only need for rom with old school a2sd.....
for custom rom stated a2sd+ (which means include moving dalvik-cache) they will run the script for you when you flash the rom...
so don't neeed to run again...
If not sure about your dalvik-cache location, you can always check with
su
a2sd check

i tried using terminal emulator...it seems it cant find the location...using TB it stated that my a2sd is working...

temporarily will not give a try at this moment. USB tethering & WiFI HotSpot from 7.9 failed me.
right now are satisfied with MIUI, USB tethering & WiFi HotSpot working PERFECT natively!!!
no need to add on any kernel, extra configure..... just turn on and used it... my computer also plug-n-play on USB internet.

never tried tethering yet but my wifi hotspot problem resolved after flashing the latest radio...

i just flashed 8.0... restoring my apps now... let me try and see usb tethering working or not..

pls let us know. i'm waiting for a USB tethering fix too.

Using your ADB access from a computer type in: adb pull /system

This will pull the entire system directory from your phone to the working directory on your computer. For theming what you need are the
/system/app directory and the /system/framework directory. In the framework folder the primary files to edit are framework-res.apk and services.jar.

Just keep in ur mind that even on the same phone you need to start from scratch for each new software update! Trying to re-use the framework-res.apk or services.jar between different software releases is ill advised.

my xt is lock bootloader...so if i want theme like others mod rom, need to do this but now its ezier for me after a few themes i done.
