anyone here tried 8pen?

There was another free app that is similar to 8pen. Can't remember the name. I tried it for a couple of days and gave up. The learning curve is too steep for me.

i did reinstall rom..neophyte 7.8.1.. but still stuck at htc logo..
donno y?

Bro you can do like this...
1) re-download custom Rom and transfer to SD card.
2) Flash the custom rom ( Why don't you try AuraXT 7.9)
3) Re-partition your SD card..(using Rom manager or Amon RA recovery)
4) download quick system info to see the A2SD+ partition

These steps is what I did when I bought new 8GB micro SD card.

just to share information...
I did encounter the same problem with you when flashing radio using Amon RA.
it will stuck at Formatting Cache...

I had read somewhere in xda-developers that someone suggested to wipe cache and then reboot the phone.

That's what I did everytime I flash radio.

Performance wise so far so good (Just installed it yesterday), apart from missing some HTC (Especially the HTC Dialer) and Sense apps which I have used to so much before moved to MIUI ROM. Nevertheless, it is a nice ROM and a totally difference UI experience if you are comparing to Sense based ROM.

The MIUI ROM comes with A2SD+ but somehow it requires additional procedures to activate it. Just download emulator from Market and follow the instructions as per given, key in the few lines of command and the next reboot the ROM will have its A2SD+ activated. You can ignore this part if you dont wanna use A2SD+ feature.

Hi bryan_823,
I just switch ti MIUI, low space now rclxub.gif
can you share with me the instructions to use A2SD+ ?
did you try and good to have it insteads of A2SD only ?

a2sd+ is ready, but not dalvik cache to sd...
most space filled up in your phone memory is dalvik cache....
go into emulator type:
su
a2sd check (*optional, only if you want to make sure your a2sd work)
a2sd zipalign (*optional, just to perform zip align)
a2sd cachesd (*must do, to move all dalvik-cache to ext2)

your phone will reboot after cachesd, after reboot you should have most of your phone memory back~~

One time. I did on my MIUI and I find that with the same amount of apps installed, I have even more internal memory left in MIUI as compared to AuraxTSense.
