i did reinstall rom..neophyte 7.8.1.. but still stuck at htc logo..

1) re-download custom Rom and transfer to SD card.
2) Flash the custom rom ( Why don't you try AuraXT 7.9)
3) Re-partition your SD card..(using Rom manager or Amon RA recovery)
4) download quick system info to see the A2SD+ partition
These steps is what I did when I bought new 8GB micro SD card.

I did encounter the same problem with you when flashing radio using Amon RA.
it will stuck at Formatting Cache...
I had read somewhere in xda-developers that someone suggested to wipe cache and then reboot the phone.
That's what I did everytime I flash radio.
