do you guys know that whether x100 with soft release could fit in to leather case or not?

I'm planning to use that setup, once I get an iPad with bigger storage

i found that iphoto for ipad is no photoshop. But no slouch either. With nice jpeg rendering by x100, you need
the slightest editing but if you need so, iphoto is great for editing on the go...

Apparently if you have an internet connection and use the iCloud service then iPhoto will automatically sync and backup your photos to iCloud. Peace of mind when you are travelling...

Have been using Picasa to download pictures to my PC. Have been locking the SD card before downloading to prevent any strange files from being written onto my SD card causing the dreaded X100 slow start up times.

Had to download something on a Mac so did the same thing and locked the SD card before using a card reader to transfer some files to the Mac. Amazingly, despite the card being locked when I tried using the X100 again it took ages for it to start up.....

No idea why.... maybe Fuji is allergic to apples....

Guys, is it a good time to buy the X100 now? How much is the current street price, and any replacement model coming out soon?

don't think it over and over again, just grab it now. you won't regret it and about the replacement, i don't worry about it.

yeah... exactly. and currently i heard a lot of ppl said lack of stock.
the price i bought was RM3250.
