Congrats!!!

Did some testing with my X100 and indeed the focus point for MF is down and to the right of the focusing box. Moved the box up and to the left.... problem solved. Hope they fix this in the next update.

Just wonder why after press the shutter it comes out 3 photos instead of one ?

I went for a weekend trip to Cameron, and that focus box tweak works fine. No need to go into macro mode, I can focus easily (just like 1.13) with MF and AEL button. Hope they fix it soon.

how to check the firmware of my x100 ??

Hold down the 'back' button and turn on the camera....

OMG, why i cant update the firmware >.<

Format an SD card in ur camera. Copy over the file into your newly formatted SD card. Insert SD card into camera. Make sure battery is charged. Hold down back button and turn on camera. It should ask you whether you want to upgrade your firmware. Say yes. Wait until done.

TAKE OUT SD CARD AND REINSERT YOUR ORIGINAL SD CARD WITH YOUR PICTURES IN IT. THEN ONLY TURN ON THE CAMERA!

Make sure you follow the last step otherwise you lose your photo numbering.

Also take note of your custom settings as you will lose those in the firmware update.

maybe you accidentally click the film simulation mode, go to drink and choose still image mode.

Yes, 1.21 is the latest one, thanks for the heads up.

MF focuses as it should now. The camera is getting easier to use. Fuji is real busy with the firmware updating. Its a great time to be an X100 owner now

i wanted to buy the lens hood but ori seem like much expensive if compare with JJC, but JJC have two different size of mount ring for x100 which are 49mm and 52mm. Which should i buy?

I use the 49mm, depends on what you want. I think 52mm filters are easier to find. I have no idea whats the difference, other than the size of filters you can put in.

Soft release can be found on ebay.

Any recommendations where to get a good deal on the X100 in KL/PJ?

not bad

hi , i tried download and upgrade my firmware to the v1.21 but my camera keep on telling me there's no new version firmware detected .
any suggestion on what should i do or i downloaded the wrong upgrade version?

Hmm, make sure you deleted 1.20 file on your pc, and redownload again, its usually a case of the download not replacing the older FW file.
