hi,ppl..im new to bodybulding world..i jus wanna check out my diet.pls corret me if im wrong.tq
7am : 80g of oats + 250ml low fat milk 10am : 1 scoop of whey protein + 20g of oats 12pm : 50g of meat + vege 2.30pm : 1 scoop of whey protein + 20g of oats 5pm : 1 scoop of whey protein + 250ml low fat milk 7pm : pre workout 1 scoop of whey protein + 5g creatine 8pm : post workout 1 scoop of whey protein + 5g creatine 9pm : 50g meat + vege + fruits 11.30pm : 80g of oats + 250ml low fat milk

Why are u taking so many scoop of whey everyday?
Totalling the amount of protein from food u get a day is less than the amount of protein u get from whey.
It is better if you fix ur daily diet and eat more natural food with protein than taking whey.
1 Scope of whey consist of ~20g of protein, and u are taking ~100g of protein from whey alone. 50g of meat has very little protein only.
U can try to eat some egg whites instead of taking so many whey. 5 eggs white for in between meal isnt a bad idea.

what is your purpose and why is 80gram of oat for your last meal ? you dont need too much carb before sleep
