7am : 80g of oats + 250ml low fat milk
10am : 1 scoop of whey protein + 20g of oats
12pm : 50g of meat + vege
2.30pm : 1 scoop of whey protein + 20g of oats
5pm : 1 scoop of whey protein + 250ml low fat milk
7pm : pre workout 1 scoop of whey protein + 5g creatine
8pm : post workout 1 scoop of whey protein + 5g creatine
9pm : 50g meat + vege + fruits
11.30pm : 80g of oats + 250ml low fat milk
Fix my diet, nid help ~~~
