The empire damansara studio is selling at what price range? 363 sf and 345 sf have the same layout?

As long as we pay rm150 per month parking, sure can get it?
Nowadays parking is an issue within the development

honestly, im very disappointed with the handover. The unit wasnt even ready for inspection yet. Clearly the developer is trying to save the LAD hence cincai cincai handover. Empire Subang was sooooo goood and empire damansara is terrible. Dont think i will buy again from this developer.

That makes 2 of us. I went to look at the unit beside mine at SOHO 1. Quality of the other unit for so called handover is like s**t, pity the owner. Luckily, mine is more comparatively 'acceptable'. For instance Windows all are not able to be closed. My verdict, I wont buy from Empire again.

Reasons are : 1. Unacceptable VP handover quality 2. Handover to save LAD on developer side when clearly it is not ready to be handed over. 3. No CF / CCC and yet still forcefully handover as VP to purchasers 4. Being charged bank interest for miscommunication of bank and developer. (Not suppose to pay anything to developer under DIBS scheme) still.

anyone know the current market value for soho 1? I have received many fon calls from agents (all say ready cheque pending for acceptance) but not sure if its true. It says rental can go from 1800 to 2000. Do u think it can fetch?

I went for the joint inpection today and it was TERRIBLE. The corridor looks like 'jail'. Hard to explain in words and i couldnt take a photo because its so dark. The common area is not even done yet. The unit itself is worse than terrible. The cupboards cant close properly, all the stains (paint stains) are still there, water marks at the ceiling, windows cant close at all, the entrance door (fire proof) looks like my store room's door etc.

It is very dissapointing. I would like to sell it. Any idea how much it can fetch now?

oh ya, the representative said that it will take 2 months to obtain CF. I was told the same last month (april). Looking at the condition, i doubt the CF will be approved. This is so pathetic.
