i though sooner cheras will hv more studio than dp? i know few more is in the process to launch soon. dp already lack of land to dev

i think tenant demand higher than landlord now. i got 2 good freind agent there complaint got tenant offer 1.2k but landlord demand 1.3 - 1.5k.else dont rent. So very hard to close the deal.
also got african offer up to 1.5k but none of landlord willing to rent
