If rental for studio, 345sf and 363sf are commanding similar rental. Confirm 1.5k/m edi done deal. Heard one unit even done 1.6k. Very high floor unit with lotsa extras.

Earlier u say 410k best offer for SOHO, now 415k? I'm a bit confused.

And 250 for studio? I guess many of here are shocked at the "special" price ur quoting. And I wonder why u have not jumped at the offers yet as its a very good offer indeed at present. Hence, I'm getting more confused and starting to question ur accuracy of pricing.

If you're not interested in these offers, maybe u can share the contact of the agent/seller for us to check. Already someone here is willing to pay u a 10k fee for successful transaction of studio for his "friend"......I am also to pay an amount to u for a successful transaction for SOHO.

What say u?

Confirm bro. Some rentals that I know of.

363sf at level 3x. ME tenant, couple. 1.5k

Also another unit 363sf at level 2x. Chinese student. 1.5k

A 345sf at level 3x. Local couple. 1.4k.

A 363sf at level 2x. French guy. 1.4k.

Soho rentals oso seems to be going up. Soho 1 done 2.2k rental edi. Got extras. Also another unit done 2k but tenant ask owner remove all furniture. Tenant brought in own stuff.

One owner has 2 units, low floor and very high floor. Each unit about 70k Reno. Extended mezzanine floor, new rotating staircase, changed floorboards, kitchen cabinets, grilles, wardrobe & other carpentry. One own stay, one to rent. Asking 3.5k rental.

Sorry dont dare share here as I curi curi took pics without owners permission. Management approval needed for Reno work....go speak to the building manager, Matthew at management office. He told me before the developer approved extensions edi, so no need special approval. Not sure though about minimum requirement of steel grade needed.

Was there today so did some "investigation". Some findings.

Moved in November. Seen by some usually accompanied by "friend". Male.

One morning noted by workers that opposite unit (undergoing rectification work) strewn with clothes, presumably from that unit.

The unit has grille door. But grille door lock broken. Unsure when.
Same floor got 7 units occupied, including the said unit.
2 "neighbours" got interesting comments, but hearsay and i don't dare to post in open forum. But nothing about ghosts.

Police came by last night. Reporter tried to come by this morning.

For studio, can put lah. Many units got do edi. But eats up space. 2 options, either next to kitchen cabinet or easier is in bathroom. Most do it in bathroom as water outlet easier and can pipe out hot air thru plaster ceiling.

For SOHO, not a problem lah. Most put inside lower floor wash room, after after changing the door direction.

Confused edi.
Say "eaten by ghost". Then went "missing". Today back to stay in "haunted" place. Broken lock replaced with padlock.

Maybe now famous and experienced, can get role to star in ghost movie. 3 level type sure can sell.

Agents call owner everyday say high floor units can sell about 280k, ready buyer. Now buyers offer 300 oso turned down. Reality check.

35 floor very high floor unit.
One agent show me copy of spa for 363sf 39th floor. Penthouse unit. I saw the number. My jaw dropped. If I write down the figure here sure none will believe. I couldn't too. But I saw it. Pleasantly surprised.

39th floor got only 13 or 14 units/floor.
Few units (not all) has double volume ceiling.
