Just see the physical appearance from outside and you can easily judge.

Once outside looks ready, expect 6 months from then. And the outer facade looks far from being ready.

Expect there to be constant "delays" further.

But developer will tell you its because market soft now and many tenants are "asking to move in later" brows.gif

For real comparison,
Transacted price highest i heard is 375k highest floor Halo (bigger size). Via agent (means seller gets 2% lesser).

Sellers who advertise here to sell want to save on agen fees but oso wan to sell above market price.

Buyers here looking to buy wan to buy at below market price.

So all the posts want to sell and want to buy just waste time bus lol

Enjoy the craziness and hope u get the fruits in the end. ED lucky supplies not many...this EC is massive...bloodbath is coming.
