Thank you. Assuming you were right and it was a studio. And I really didnt know 132k was the cheapest price. Can I assume ur invested in studio since you know this?
But other than what I've posted so far, i don't feel its the right time to share more at present. Suffice to say, I was pleasantly surprised.

None of the posters here has ever defended the developer. Thats also assuming you can read english. We've all condemned the developer. They rank bottom in terms of quality and responsibility.

But returns are another matter. Fiction of 10%? Who the hell wanna fiction something like that? 10% aint even worth bullshitting about. If i REALLY wanna bullshit, I will say 20%.
No need to tell any grandmother stories to push up any prices. Posting to push up prices are for woosies. I've never made any recommendations on prices or buy this place. This is fact. Happens in all threads, but I give shit when shit is due. And no kidding, theres a lot of shit here.

You're absolutely right. Simple defect like scratches, chips etc are easily fixed. No point waiting to complete 2nd or 3rd inspection to start.

But a tip for vested owners. Just a simple lawyer letter works real wonders.....in terms of speed and prioritisation.

No, I didn't do that. I did it the hard way....spending precious time there almost everyday to chase them. On hindsight, it was silly as then i found out that there were so many lawyer letters received by the developer that they prioritize the defects according to these units. How else can you get a certain unit in a floor all done up while all other units on the same floor still not even passed 1st defect check. I wished I'd just spent some money for a lawyer instead of wasting so much time. But then, the early birds catch the worm!

Yup, I did, and more. Its "hard work", very time consuming and not healthy with all the dusts and dangererous too, especially with so many foreign labourers running around. But you also get to meet a lot of people there. I guess with some things, one has just to be hands on. And this is one of those where being hands on has its pros.

I'm sharing this so other owners who are in a dilemma have an option of what to do.
