When i see posts like this, first impression is to run far far away from this proj! If the product is good, it will speak for itself, no need to hard sell lar..

I'm in construction team of empire construction sb....12 year with empire group...we are strong now....will keep moving to more challenging project, pass is pass....I only know our group n team is support many ppl.
..client, banker,agency,architect,subcontractor n supplier n some strong developer.....we will go great ! Bro

So will Empire City and ED face similar issues with the local council like Empire Subang especially with regards to the height clearances.

For I know, all is about politic issue,.actually soho trend is new in Malaysia, all will be no issue.....if satu Malaysia win. Ur know what I mean?

So much report about Subang Empire about Mammoth not meeting the requirements.
As to Empire Soho isn't the height too low and the platform deck seem very flimsy. Maybe some level of politics but is Empire not meeting the minimum height requirement? Just be frank so that vested buyers know exactly the issue. Thanks.

Non compliance, no CF. So buyers kena kau kau. Have to pay to banks and property cannot be sold or rented.

The regulations has been there even b4 ME starts planning & construction works. Its a matter of whether yr company wants / dun wan to conform to public laws, and in this case yr co. is breaking the law.

Now tell me, since soho is a new trend, wouldn't your architects/consultants know what is the legal requirement b4 they even start drawing plans ?

U push the authorities, they will push back. See who is stronger.

And 1 more thing, your co is disregarding all buyers' interests when selling them something not complying with the law.

Buying a house is more expensive than a car, and yet your co handles issues in such frivolous ways, it raises a red flag for the authorities & public too.

I believe it will come to a time when your company will get into trouble for treating purchasers with such contempt.

Lets see what happens when buyers + the authorties push u back.

Your company need to be given a lesson.
