well, i dont condemn in fact i cheer for him....

msian tennis... long way to go....

i still remember and cant accept LTAM asked Selvam to play the Davis Cup double 2 yrs ago... he is alrdy a veteran player....

I guess they do not have players already, thats why ended up with Selvam kua.....

i noticed when yew ming hits his forehand, he lets down his left arm... quite abnormal...

guys, some tech question to ask. I use semi-west fh, eastern 1bh. When in ready position, what is the grip to hold? eastern fh?

Use waht you are comfortable with for now, as long as you feel you can switch grips fast enough to return the ball, thats ok, there isn't a right or wrong for holding grips, however some people will say that preparing for a backhand takes more time and effort, so they lean towards a backhand grip, ie continental , eastern backhand, Lendl use to lean towards the continental. We are just hard core recreational players, use what works at our level.

agree with Prae,i never decide on my return grip til opponent serve,i stand back far enuf
n as serve come in lock grip n step in,abis cerita..

Prae i cant help but notice ur k90 tension at 45lbs,seriously?mine never below 58,
