agree with Prae,i never decide on my return grip til opponent serve,i stand back far enuf
n as serve come in lock grip n step in,abis cerita..

Prae i cant help but notice ur k90 tension at 45lbs,seriously?mine never below 58,
depending on string..

Am using n6.1,had used all 6.1 models except blx,but demoed it already..
n6.1 different feel to k6.1,more dampened but blx dampened feeling
is more obvious..
if u prefer 'feel',k6.1 probably good choice,used it alternately to my
n6.1..
if n when i have the money,n price drop a bit,i'll definitely get the
blx,as i enjoyed the 'just nice' dampening..
right now im sticking to my just acquired n6.1,bought from seller
n was never used,n will b my stick of choice for coming CTOIII..

kev,dont worry,if i know ur game,n im sure u have improved so much from last time,u casn take on the best of them la..
im just gonna hit the balls back n pray i have enuf enuf energy to play all matches,havent played past 2 months,n terribly unfit,on top of it i got flu n cough,work too much,gatal wanna try tourney again..

dont discount any type of match strategy,u can look up Bolletieri's strategy videos,
even HE recommends defensive n lobbing styles if ur comfortable with it,as someone
said,winning ugly is still winning..
n where is ckseong? we're in the same group la weii,hahahaaa..

i use a huge-ass dampener (Prince) coz i dont like the 'toingg' on my strings too
i agree about the dampener reason,the racket vibration is ever-present on any racket,
even on rackets with the latest 'tech' like BLX,imagine if ur using the BLX Tour90,maybe
u'll throw away the racket..but im getting it,coz compared to the K90,i personally think
its more dampened,n thats how i like it
im taking out all my old gear from few yrs ago for the CTO3,mau kasi classic look even
in defeat,hahahaaa..
ck,the Hiro guy is pretty good,just play ur game,u can lick him,n me too especially

i on the other hand got th 'zdepth curse' n reinjured my knee in my last group match,
wanted to give my last opponent who was the group leader a fight,but should have
taken it easy as i already won my 2 matches,sorry to disappoint n someone in my
group missed the opportunity to play in the knockout stages instead
had a good time,n it was funny to me that my olskool game was still worth something
nowadays

I just wanna get my serve over the net,n get game going,i dont meet many opponents actually attacking my 1st serve,so i dont need big serve..
My serve king is Fed,his variety is fabulous,Pistol Pete's serve is his opening move for his serve n volley style,variety-wise less than Fed,
but very effective.
