I don't have that document with me on hand, but that was the quote that was given, I am not sure if it included the land, but I do know for a fact, say my back yard has land area that can fit a tennis court, I know for sure, no way it will cost RM25,000.00. You cannot just lay the cement like that etc, sure will form cracks, you need to go through some concrete tensioning slab crap etc that almost guarantees no cracks....if your tennis court has cracks that means it a piss poor job, if I recall correctly the contractor guaranteed no cracks or any kind for 25 years...now if I kena toto I'd build my own tennis court in a heart beat!
