The steering rack problem, is it when go over uneven road, the vibration on the steering is very obvious?

for my case, when the car is stationary, turning the steering in one direction then counter in the opposite direction will produce the problem, feels something like the steering is loose.

after Bermaz changed the steering rack and pinion thingy the problem solved.

steering vibrating on uneven road is not very obvious for me, but if you feel there's something wrong just sent to SC and have them check for you.
