hey bro, i've just installed barebones on mine too. Just OC'ed to 1000mhz and the best i got was 1380 so far

The lowest I got @1000mhz is around 1500. U open a lot of background apps is it?

nope, it was a fresh install. right after i followed EVERYTHING on the first post of the thread, restoring nandroid backup then flashing then install the .zip file then the update.zip and everything, i installed titanium backup and reinstalled setvsel and quadrant advanced and ran quadrant. then gave me the results so-so only

max i got was like 14xx like that

maybe abbygirl is at a non-downgradable stage, whereby you can still downgrade? maybe there are some bloatware inside? my finland ROM also gives me about 1400, and that is with some apps and stuffs installed

Ya mine is not down-gradable. Cos i brick my phone and got no choice but to flash it with sbf. Maybe that's the difference. But everytime i do Quadrant, i will at least get 1500 above. Max i got is 1600++.

maybe you should check you hardware or cpu.mY CPU was ARMV7 processor v2(v71) and it is different to what spec mention in GSMARENA which is ARMV8.anybody please check your defy?whether it same or not?just share here for our info..
